Content Usage Terms

I generally don't care what you do with my characters, or any of my content. BUT there's always limits of what you CAN or CAN'T do with things, which includes my characters and the content I make.

(NOTE: These rules are subject to change for any reason.)

Usage of my Characters:

  • You MUST credit me in your description or post, though you may not have to (it ONLY depends).
  • You WILL NOT use my characters in a bad way. (Examples: Hateful & Controversial Arts, Videos, Games, etc.)
  • You WILL NOT claim one of my characters as yours, You DO NOT own them.
  • You WILL NOT put my characters in situations I'm not comfortable with without my approval (such as Gore, Gore pornography, Scat, Painful Torture, Beastiality, and Political).

    Usage of my Arts, 3D Models, Videos, and Animations:

  • You WILL NOT use or reupload my arts, videos, and animations without credit and/or my permission.
  • You WILL NOT rip-off, copy, or trace my arts, videos, and animations, EVEN if you say its inspired by me, it's still copying/ripping-off my work.
  • You WILL NOT use and edit/change my arts and pass them off as yours. And DO NOT remove my logo/watermark.
  • You WILL NOT use my work to be use for AI content.
  • You WILL NOT make money off of my work without my approval.

    Usage of my Games:

  • You WILL NOT reupload my games without my permission or a proper license.
  • You are allowed to mod my games as long as you don't modify my games for profit, and you also MUST NOT modify my games to add offensive, disapproval, unsafe (viruses and malware), and illegal content. And you also WILL NOT modify it and pass it off as yours.
  • You WILL NOT make money off of my games/fan-games.
  • You WILL NOT falsely advertise my games, misleading people to believe something that's not true.

    Usage of my Music:

  • You MUST credit me and/or ask me to use my music.
  • You WILL NOT make money off of my music without my approval.
  • You MUST link to my music from YouTube, SoundCloud, or Bandcamp.

    Miscellaneous:

  • You WILL NOT impersonate me on any site, or you'll be reported. Even if it's a parody account, it'll still make people confused them as one of my accounts.
  • You WILL NOT copy my profile, logo, banner, and/or website.
  • You WILL NOT edit/change/modify my logos to anything offensive, illegal, and/or out of context.
  • You WILL NOT use my logos without my approval.
